Toasted Marshmallow Coffee Martini

Nothing gets done until I’ve had my coffee in the morning. I’m not even sure I’m actually human until I’ve had my coffee. Hello caffeine addiction!! Yikes… But the truth is, I just love the flavor of coffee. So where better to add that flavor than happy hour? This Toasted Marshmallow Coffee Martini is the perfect combination of bitter (with the coffee) and sweet (from the marshmallow). Added bonus, you get to eat a toasted marshmallow along with your drink! Win win!

Toasted Marshmellow Coffee Martini

Instructions
  1. Optional: right after you brew the hot coffee, add a marshmallow and let it melt.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add the coffee, kahlua and vodka to the cocktail shaker and shake until while combined.
  4. Carefully roast marshmallow over an open flame.
  5. Pour cocktail shaker into brandy snifter.
  6. Garnish with toasted marshmallow and enjoy!
