Spicy Margarita: Mocktail Series
It seems we’ve skipped over spring and directly into summer. So I thought I’d really heat things up with this week’s cocktail as well. This spicy margarita is so deliciously spicy, I don’t even miss the alcohol. Not that a nip of tequila wouldn’t be awesome… But seriously, this spicy margarita is amazing.

- Himalayan Sea Salt For rim
- Old bay seasoning For rim
- 2 Limes
- 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
- 2 ounces club soda
- 1 Jalepeno
Ingredients

- Rim a lowball glass with a mixture of Old Bay and Himalayan sea salt
- Fill the glass with ice
- Add the juice of two limes to the glass
- Add pineapple juice and two slices of jalepeno
- Top off with club soda and stir until well combined
- Garnish with jalapeno and lime
- Optional: Add 1 ounce of tequila prior to club soda
