Living a happy life with a glass of wine in hand

Simple Herbed Simple Syrup

Simple Syrup is used in so many great cocktail recipes so I always like to have some on hand. You’ll find that if you try to buy it bottled, there is a lot of extra crap in there that you don’t need. Simple solution – DIY Simple Syrup. Added bonus, you can make a ton of different kinds! Some of my favorites are lavender and thyme – so yummy.

Ready for what makes this simple syrup recipe well… simple? You can make it in the microwave. Oh the microwave – making lazy cooks look awesome since 1945 (yes, I did google that). So whip up some Simple Simple Syrup and look like a fantastic mixologist at your next dinner party.

Cheers!
