Living a happy life with a glass of wine in hand

Pineapple Rum Punch

Larisa and I enjoyed this super fruity and flavorful Pineapple Rum Punch on the third episode of the Crunchy Cocktail Hour where we found out what kind of crunchy moms we are – crunchy, scrunchy or silky.

I love a good beach cocktail. Something with a ton of fruit flavor and enough garnish to satisfy a bit of hunger. My main issue with most beach beverages though is the amount of added sugar. I feel like I have a headache before I even finish my drink. The easiest way to combat that is to stick to natural sugars in real fruit juice. For this Pineapple rum punch I used fresh squeezed oranges and limes and the pineapple from the ‘crunchy section’ of the grocery store (i.e, all-natural pineapple juice). The drink was delicious and I didn’t feel like garbage – win-win.

I used this pineapple juice: Lakewood Organic PURE Pineapple, 32-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 6)

I hope you enjoy this Rum Punch as much as we did. If you get a chance to take our quiz, I’d love to hear what kind of mom you are!
