Living a happy life with a glass of wine in hand

Cucumber and Lime Infused Gin & Tonic

The Crunchy Cocktail Hour is officially live! On this first episode, Larisa and I talk through our dietary restrictions and the challenge of dining out with friends. The title of the episode is ‘Noone Will Eat With Us’, so of course, we needed a silly cocktail that went with our severely limited diet. Enter the most ridiculously named Gin & Tonic of all times:

The Vegan, Ovo-Pescetarian, Auto-Immune Paleo, Gluten-Free Gin and Tonic.

So basically…. a gin and tonic.

A funny name, but a delicious drink. I kicked it up a notch with an infused gin but otherwise kept it very simple. Can’t go wrong with a standard G&T!

No one will eat with us

On this episode of the Crunchy Cocktail Hour, I shared how my diet is restricted due to my daughter’s many allergies (I will likely do a post on that fun journey) and how eating at restaurants, at friends’ homes or even for holiday meals can be a challenge. Larisa and I give tips and tricks for balancing a diet that can be difficult to accommodate¬†with maintaining your social life.
