Charred Blood Orange Negroni
Cut one of the blood oranges into slices and brush with grapeseed oil
Heat a frying pan and cook the blood oranges for 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly charred
Fill two highball glasses with ice and add one ounce of each liquor (gin, vermouth, and Campari) to each glass
Cut the second blood orange in half and juice one half into each of the highball glasses
Using a bar spoon, stir until well combined
Add a slice of the charred blood orange to each glass and enjoy!
