Classy Classic Champagne Cocktail

Oh the classic Champagne Cocktail, how I love thee. Seriously, it’s just such a perfect drink. You feel super classy drinking it, like a classic movie star. No? Too far?

The best part about it is that it is super easy to make. Although, I will say that a few times I’ve ordered a champagne cocktail I was met with a blank stare. I personally think this should be a bartender’s bread and butter, but who is to judge.

New Years Resolutions

I made this classic champagne cocktail for the New Years Resolution episode of the Crunchy Cocktail Hour. Everyone can serve a simple glass of champagne on New Years, but why not kick it up a notch with this recipe? On this episode, Larisa and I share our New Years resolutions.

New Years Eve Parties

Before we had Claire, Kyle and I hosted a New Years Eve party every year. It all started because we had a huge roof deck where we could see every firework display in the city. It was fabulous. The events would typically go way into the next day (or two) and were such a blast. Now that we have a little one, New Years has certainly changed! Last year we stayed in with family and enjoyed a much quieter affair. We are looking forward to something similar this year. I do miss hosting though!

Check out some of our past New Years Eve Parties here for some great hosting ideas.
