Living a happy life with a glass of wine in hand

Blue Hawaiian

During my honeymoon in Hawaii I drank more Blue Hawaiians than I am proud of. It’s beautiful, tropical and delicious. So why not?!

Making this blue Hawaiian brought me way back to the time spent as a newlywed on the island, so this is definitely being made in my house again. It’s also pretty easy to make, and if you have a pretty stocked bar, you should have everything on hand. (That reminds me, maybe I should do a post on stocking your bar…).

The Nitty Gritty on Natural Deodorant

When Larisa and I first started talking about healthy swaps for everyday products, I was adament that she would not change my deodorant. I SWEAT and I hate smelling. No way I was switching to that hippy crap. Fast forward a year, and I’m eating those words. It really was finding what worked for me and sticking to it. I can’t imagine using a regular deodorant anymore. I’m a convert!
