Blackberry Rosemary Sparkler: Mocktail Series

So I’m about 24 weeks into this pregnancy and mama needs a drink. Luckily I think this blackberry rosemary sparkler will help me wait it out. Sparkling cocktails are my jam if you can’t tell from thisĀ Grapefruit Sage Mimosa. Or thisĀ Plum Thyme Prosecco Cocktail. Or the classic Kir Royale, Champagne Cocktail or Barbotage. Ok, you get the idea. I love me a sparkling cocktail.

To make me miss the prosecco a little bit less, I’ve added tons of flavor with the rosemary and blackberries. It’s just sweet enough with out being over powering and super refreshing. As always, you can jazz this baby up with a bit of vodka and champagne or prosecco – it is divine.

Blackberry Rosemary Sparkler: Mocktail Series

Instructions
  1. Muddle the blackberries, the rosemary simple syrup, and a few rosemary leaves at the bottom of a glass
  2. Add mixture to a champagne flute
  3. Top off with club soda
  4. Optional: add 1/2 ounce of vodka and replace club soda with prosecco
